“The Mia House” and “The Rik House” are two apartments located in the same villa, available for short-term stays during the summer season. Our location is in Orosei, situated within a calm and quiet residential neighborhood, just two kilometers away from the beaches of the Gulf of Orosei.

“Mia House” is equipped with free and unlimited WiFi (Fiber), two bedrooms, a bathroom with a window, a hairdryer, washing machine, outdoor shower, parking space, patio, and garden. Its kitchen-dining area features a microwave oven, cutlery and plates, a 4-burner stove, refrigerator, high chair for children, and a 32-inch LED terrestrial digital TV. The living room is adorned with a large glass door that opens onto a furnished terrace, complete with table, chairs, and comfortable sofas to enjoy summer evening meals under the stars. This area is adjacent to a garden of approximately 55 square meters, featuring green grass and children’s play facilities. Parking for cars/motorcycles is available within the property, just a short distance from the entrance.

“Rik House” is an apartment designed for 2 people (plus a small child if needed), featuring a spacious double bedroom with an extra bed (and possible crib), TV, bathroom with a washing machine and shower, a small kitchen equipped with induction stovetop, microwave oven, refrigerator, cupboards, and sink. It also has a small but cozy and bright entrance living area. The apartment also features a spacious covered outdoor veranda and a small garden. The apartment is very sunny and bright. Indoor parking is reserved in this case only for motorcycles, or for cars but only during the night.

All our apartments are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning.

In the surrounding area, you will find everything needed to make your vacation relaxing: a discount supermarket, an Italian post office with ATM, an excellent artisan bakery perfect for those with gluten intolerances, medical assistance, and a health center. The historic city center, along with various venues that animate the summer nights of our town, are just 400 meters away.
